Klinta Kryddor & Grönt

It’s actually the children of the family that we have to thank for Klinta Kryddor & Grönt … and their love of ice cream!  In the hope that they could earn a little extra pocket money, the three youngsters set out an old trestle table by the roadside with a glass jar and a few vegetables from mum’s garden.  Now, 28 years later, Lotte and Bengt take care of the garden, nursery and organic vegetables, while eldest daughter Anna runs the café and youngest daughter Lisa and her husband Simon manage the shops and online store.

Over the years the range of produce on sale has grown to include Mediterranean plants, herbs and perennial flowers, homemade cakes and sandwiches, organic foods and a host of high quality garden tools and equipment, interior furnishings and giftware.

During the high season Lotte and Bengt offer plants, herbs, flowers, fruit and berries as well as more than 70 varieties of organically homegrown vegetables.  In the inspirational home, garden and gift shop Lisa and Simon have got plenty for the keen gardener as well as an exciting selection of presents for every occasion.  While in Anna’s garden café we offer an array of delicious homemade cakes and sandwiches - not to be missed is our famous carrot cake, described by many as Skåne’s best.

Comfortable places to sit and enjoy your coffee can be found in the greenhouse, under the famous ’kiwi canopy’, or out in the garden.  There’s room for four in our viewing tower to take in both the scenery and the scents from the herb garden.
